Calcium sulfate whisker (CSW) is single crystals with a large aspect ratio, this determines that it has excellent properties such as good shape integrity, high strength, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and high toughness, it has used in resin, plastic ,rubber, coating, paint, paper, asphalt, friction and sealing material to strengthening and toughening, we are quite professional in application of resin wheels industry :

 

Increase the life of resin wheels, CSW is added in the bond to synergize with other fillers ,it has high energy absorption to increase 20% life of the resin wheels.

 

Improve grinding efficiency, in actual production, adding appropriate CSW to instead of Cryolite, it could ensure the self-sharpening of grinding wheels and improve the grinding efficiency

 

Reduce cost to improve the competitiveness of the grinding wheels, CSW is the cheapest in all fillers which add in bond process, add appropriate CSW to reducing the amount of resin powder, it could reduce the production cost well

 

CSW has stable chemical properties, it will not damage the strength of the bond and it has a certain reinforcing effect, and the raw material of CSW is food grade gypsum and passed SGS testing, not contain heavy metals and harmful substance to human heath

 

Normally it is packed in 25kg PP woven bag/1,000kg Tonnage bag, also customized packing requirement is welcomed
